| The office of Map Ta Phut Industrial
Estate emphasizes on the preparation for emergency
case, for readiness for unpredictable events in
Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Eastern Industrial
Estate, Padaeng Industrial Estate and other nearby
factories. There, thus, is a plan for preparation
in emergency response. |

The office of Map Ta Phut Industrial
Estate has made a plan of preparation for emergency
case and retort, and also a plan of retort the emergency
case in Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate. |
|
Coordination of planning for emergency
response with Rayong Province.
|

| There
are 3 stages of the retort, divided by level of severs,
as follow : |

1st
stage Accident in the publishing office or factories
and the factories are able to control it and report
to the publishing office. |

2nd
stage It is unable to be controlled by man/equipment
in factories, and must ask for help from Map Ta
Phut Municipality, publishing office and other organization
to prepare a team to retort the emergency case. |

3rd
stage The accident is unable to be controlled by
the Map Ta Phut rescue team, it must be reported
to the governor of Rayong to prepare "Cooperation
for Emergency Response Plan" by locating the
center in a suitable area and leaded by the governor
of Rayong.

Entire result of procedure will be
publicized in news letter, associated letter and
journal of the Industrial Estate for people. |
|
Report the result of environment check
in the Industrial Estate to the government committee
with the individual of Rayong monthly. |

| Factory inspection

Use the system of inspection together
with the central government, provincial government
and local with clear. |
|
A team of the industrial Estate inspects
together with the entrepreneur permission section
and inclusive service office. |
|
An inspection team, with 4 team works,
consists of the Department of Pollution Control,
Policy and Environment Plan Office, Department of
Industrial Works and Industrial Estate Authority
of Thailand. |
|
Report the inspection result to the
tri party committee/ government, individual and
community, monthly. Mass communication is able to
participate in it. |
|
Process to solve in each step/ advise,
warn, command, fine and prosecute.

| Promote factories
to receive ISO 14001 |

Promote the Industrial Estate and factories
to achieve ISO 14001 |
|
Study the carrying capacity of pollute
substance in air inside Map Ta Phut Area. |
|
Provide budget for Ministry of Public
Health to research the influence of health of people
who work in factories and live nearby the Industrial
Estate. |
|
Promote factories to be Eco-Plant to
be an element of Eco-Complex/Eco-Industrial Estate.
